Golden Jaguars resumes campaign today

The Golden Jaguars will resume their Concacaf Nations League campaign today against Bermuda at the Dame Flora Duffy National Sports Centre, Devonshire Parish, with a win needed to keep their hopes alive of securing a berth in the Gold Cup Preliminary stage.

Guyana currently sits second in the group with six points, trailing leaders Haiti by four points. Bermuda trail on four points, whilst Montserrat occupies the cellar position on three points.

In the previous meeting of the teams, Guyana prevailed 2-1 at the National Track and Field Centre, Leonora. Overall, Guyana possesses a record of two wins, one loss and a draw against Bermuda. During this period, the Golden Jaguars have scored five goals while conceding three times.
