The grandson of 89-year-old Russell Street, Charlestown resident, Patricia Bovell is likely to be charged with murder, according to a police source.

Bovell was found earlier this week in a garbage heap near her home.

A police source said that the grandson has said that he accidentally hit Bovell to the head and she fell and became motionless. He then wrapped her in a bedsheet and took her downstairs and placed her on an old refrigerator. Later, he placed her on the garbage pile.
